Violin Club/Bucket Drumming

For students who have finished their first year

of playing.  This class is focused on becoming

a more complete musician and giving the

student a head start into year two.

 

Instrument Club/Music Theory
Experienced violin and cello students will focus on the techniques and skills needed to be successful musicians and explore the theory behind the music on the page. 
 

Orchestra & Mariachi Rotation

Advanced/Intermediate students will split their times between Orchestra and Mariachi classes. Students will get 1 hour of a mariachi experience and 1 hour of an orchestra rehearsal.

 

Private Lessons

One-on-One private lessons will also be offered to FAYM students.  There are a limited number of spots available, and we hope to expand on our current enrollment. If any student is enrolled in Private Lessons they will also need to be a part of the Summer Institute. If you think you are interested in private lessons please indicate so on the Summer Institute Registration below or email Mr. Thomas ASAP, TimThomasFAYM@gmail.com.

Summer programming is free but please plan to attend all classes or communicate your absences to the staff at the first class.
